Job Summary
- Provide commercial and contractual support for multiple international projects coordinating with clients partners suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support contract strategy negotiations and preparation of legally binding agreements in cooperation with sales and project teams.
- Manage contractual risks claims bonds guarantees insurance and flowdown of key terms to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor budgets payments retentions documentation and contractual milestones ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and defend claims draft formal correspondence develop risk mitigation strategies and support training on contractual compliance.
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in a comparable commercial/contract management role on industrial or construction projects with EP/EPC/service contracts.
- Strong commercial contractual and business acumen including project structures negotiations and claim/assertion management.
- Proven ability to manage complex issues risks and claims independently including litigation or dispute-related matters.
- Excellent negotiation communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to work under pressure across multiple assignments.
- Experience in multinational and crosscultural environments; fluency in English required with additional languages or legal background as a plus.
