Key job responsibilities
As a key strategic partner to Amazons Talent Solutions Core Science and Engineering you will architect and execute solutions that directly impact our most strategic talent initiatives. This role demands both big thinking and precise execution as youll be responsible for:
Driving strategic planning and execution across Core Science and Engineering including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)
Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
Leading innovative initiatives that strengthen our organizations capabilities to improve quality of talent
Developing scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow
Partnering with partner teams to translate data insights into actionable solutions that drive meaningful change

Basic qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- 7 years of HR or business function experience
- Masters degree or Masters degree in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
