Job Summary

Labor & Energy Associate Attorney

A highly regarded California-based environmental labor land use boutique firm is seeking an attorney with 2 years of experience to support a highly specialized practice at the intersection of labor energy and environmental law.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent labor unions and public interest clients
Appear before agencies courts and legislative bodies
Participate in negotiations and labor arbitrations
Advise on public works and prevailing wage matters

Requirements:

2 years of relevant legal experience
Strong research writing and analytical skills
J.D. required; California Bar preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

$120000$150000 base salary DOE
Bonus profit sharing
