Position Overview

This opportunity is ideal for a newly licensed attorney or an early-career legal professional seeking to gain practical experience in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The Associate Attorney will work closely with experienced attorneys while developing legal research drafting litigation and client management skills.

The role offers direct client interaction courtroom exposure mentorship and significant opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities Legal Research & Drafting
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.

  • Draft pleadings motions legal memoranda correspondence and other legal documents.

  • Assist in case preparation and strategy development.

Client Communication
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments and legal strategies.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive service.

  • Provide updates and gather information necessary for case progression.

Litigation Support
  • Attend hearings mediations depositions and court appearances.

  • Assist with case preparation discovery and trial support activities.

  • Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management.

Case Management
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements.

  • Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications Education & Licensure
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.

Experience
  • Newly licensed attorney or up to 3 years of legal experience.

  • Strong interest in developing litigation and client advocacy skills.
