Responsibilities
Workato is opening a brand-new office in Hyderabad and were looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to help us scale. This is your chance to join one of the worlds leading enterprise automation platforms youll be playing a pivotal role in shaping the team that will power our next phase of growth globally.
This is an initial 6 month contract position.
What youll be doing
Youll own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to bring world-class talent into our new Hyderabad hub. Day-to-day that looks like:
- Building and nurturing strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
- Partnering with hiring managers to design smart structured recruitment processes that consistently land the best people
- Crafting compelling job descriptions and sharp interview frameworks tailored to each role
- Running screening calls assessments and interview coordination with speed and precision
- Sourcing creatively from LinkedIn and professional networks through to events referrals and beyond
- Keeping candidates engaged and moving through the process efficiently with a great experience at every touchpoint
- Producing weekly recruiting metrics and pipeline dashboards via Greenhouse keeping stakeholders informed and decisions data-driven
- Building genuine long-term relationships with candidates even those who arent the right fit today
What youll bring
- 5 years of recruiting experience. With at least 1 year in house. A combination of agency and in house experience is strongly preferred.
- A background in high-growth SaaS or tech this is a must; youll need to hit the ground running in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Familiarity with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- The kind of consultative relationship-first approach that earns trust with both candidates and business partners
- A self-starter mindset you dont wait to be told what to do; you spot the gap and fill it
- Excellent communication strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
