Pronto Staffing is seeking a dependable team member for a busy inventory and stockroom role in a professional facility.

Job Summary

Pronto Staffing is hiring a Stockroom Clerk to manage parts supplies and equipment. You will be responsible for tracking inventory inspecting incoming items and preparing shipments. This role is vital for keeping the production team supplied and ensuring all records are accurate.

Responsibilities

• Order hand out and keep track of inventory levels for parts and tools

• Inspect incoming items to make sure they meet specific quality rules

• Prepare pack and label parts for shipping using FedEx and UPS systems

• Help maintain calibrated tools and create monthly status reports

• Manage the storeroom window to give supplies to other team members

• Use a sit-down forklift to move materials when needed

• Enter data into the computer system quickly and accurately

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Office and professional shipping software

• Ability to perform basic math and high-speed data entry

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift

• Strong communication skills in English

• Must have a valid Drivers License

• Ability to follow strict safety and documentation rules

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Environment

• Must be able to stand for long periods during the shift

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs

• Work in a facility that is not climate-controlled (exposure to heat and cold)

• Steel toe boots are required for this position

• Both indoor and outdoor work may be required
