BPM Sr. Consultant

Role: Pega CDH Senior Decisioning Architect

• 8-10 years of experience in Pega and 6 - 8 years of experience in Pega CDH
• The candidates will act as a CDH SME for Pega Platform perspective preferably in banking and financial services.
• Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant
• Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versionsNBAD framework
• Proven track record of delivering hyper-personalized solutions using NBA strategies across inbound and outbound channels in both batch and real-time mode
• Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM DSM Value Finder Customer Profiler etc.
• Proficiency in SQL JSON real-time decisioning and object-oriented programming principles.
• Translate business requirements into decisioning logic including Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies engagement policies and offer flows.
• Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH including rules propositions treatments and decision data flows.
• Develop Pega CDH features in Agile environments.
• Provide pos-implementation support and resolve production defects.
• Monitor application performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor and lead a team of Pega NBA Designers or developers.
• Perform tasks such as proposition builds customer data flow updates and interaction updates.
• Good understanding and experience in Digital applications and Business Functions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Designing in alignment with Clients Business objective

• 1:1 Operation Manager
• Knowledge in externalisation of Cassandra KAFKA Elastic search
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
