Job Description
Job Title - Oracle EBS iRecruitment iRec OLM Consultant
Experience - 8 - 15 Years
Location - PAN India
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:
Responsible for configuration support and enhancement of Oracle iRecruitment and Oracle Learning Management OLM modules ensuring smooth HR operations and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support iRec OLM modules
- Manage approval workflows user roles and setups
- Handle incidents service requests and change requests
- Support reporting data validation and compliance
- Coordinate with Core HR and technical teams for integration
Key Skills
- Oracle iRecruitment OLM.
- Workflow configuration AME.
- Functional documentation BRD FSD.
- User support issue resolution.
- 6-10 years in Oracle EBS HRMS with iRecOLM exposure.
