Location: Lubbock TX
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (3x12-Hour 7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in the Emergency Department
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience (required)
- Active RN license
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- NIH Stroke Certification
