Registered Nurse Med Surg
Location: Lincoln City Oregon
Pay Rate: $60/hr
Contract: 9 weeks
Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:30 AM; rotating weekends
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
About the Role
We are seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse for a 9-week night-shift contract opportunity in Lincoln City Oregon. This role supports an adult medical-surgical unit caring for acutely ill patients and surgical patients including emergent and elective cases. The ideal candidate will bring strong assessment skills patient care experience and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for adult Med Surg patients with acute illness or surgical needs
Assess patient conditions monitor changes and respond promptly to clinical concerns
Administer medications treatments and interventions according to care plans
Document patient care accurately using EPIC
Collaborate with nurses nurse assistants providers and the care team to support safe outcomes
Requirements
Active unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse License Required Upon Submission
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
ACLS And NIHSS Certifications Required
Must be available for night shift rotating weekends and holiday coverage
