Job Summary

Overview

Snap-on is looking for a strong sales executive to drive sales for our undercar equipment solutions. Responsible for growing the sales and profitability ofourautomotive equipmentbusinessunit and brands by developing and implementing strategies to maximize Snap-ons market share. Manage customer experience and equipment sales to defined Key Accounts in a defined geography and list of accounts. Coordinate sales and marketing activities ofour equipmentbusinessunit to improve sales in the defined territory and list of accounts.

Location:Candidates must be located within an hour of an airport or be willing to relocate to Little Rock AR

Travel Required: 50%

Responsibilities

  • Achievesales and profitability goals forSnap-onEquipment(SOE).
  • Provide tactical plan in areas of sales promotion planning profitability and general business operations for assigned accounts.
  • Direct meeting contact with Key Account Customers
  • Coordinate efforts of business units to support assigned customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and growthobjectives.
  • Align the business unit support team with the business direction and goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
  • Follow through on commitments.
  • Solve problems; make sound decisions.
  • Develop and measurenew programsthat drive sales growth to Key Accounts.
  • Work closely with Key Account customers todetermineservices and equipment that meet their businessobjectives.
  • Remain updated with industry standards and emerging technology through professional development.
  • Build solid relationships with Key Accounts and internal business units.
  • Deliver presentations on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Proven direct sales and sales managementexperience.
  • Bachelors degree and knowledge of Snap-on Equipment preferred.
  • Strong communications interpersonal relationship building presentations oral/written listening etc.
  • Ability to effectively present in front of groups.
  • Sales forecasting and planning
  • Marketing planning
  • Automotive business operations
  • Ability to train internal and external customers.
  • Competitors strength knowledge
  • Computerproficiency

  • Experience supporting Multi-Store Operators in the Mechanical or Collision repair industries.
  • Experience selling Undercar and Collision Equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Snap-on familyofbrands and equipment.
