Job Summary
Job Description: Research Associate
You will play an essential role in managing research projects from start to finish; supporting the team/Manager to
end to end operations/execution of Brand hand track studies and their delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Instruments Support:
o Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of Qre making
Link preparation field briefing accompany the field monthly basis Quality assurance data
analyses report template charting etc
o Accountable for checking 100% data quality at various intervals- Both data collection and
analysis.
o Accountable for data analyses charting and performing quality checks for analytic reports.
o Should be capable to write first level of data insighting on research reports- Upto 70% of
accuracy.
o Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility.
Project & General Coordination:
o Full and proactive coordination with all project internal stakeholders- data collection data
analysis teams Finance etc.
o Providing other administrative and operational support in research projects
o Collaborating with the various internal teams for research projects

Qualifications
o Graduation/Post Graduate MBA from Premium university in Marketing Business Economics
Mathematics Statistics or equivalent disciplines.
o Minimum 0-6 months of working experience in Market Research industry however fresh graduates
from premium universities are encouraged to apply
o Excellent analytical communication and coordination skills
o Proactive and strive for excellence and a good team player
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
o Good client service skills and able to communicate and write effectively in English
