Job Summary
We are seeking Inbound Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships driving sales growth and providing excellent service to a diverse customer base ranging from high-end hospitality clients to retail and spaza shop customers.
This is a relationship-driven consultative sales role requiring strong communication skills resilience and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and existing customer orders
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell product ranges
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Provide product guidance and customer solutions
- Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activity
- Support sales growth and customer retention strategies
- Maintain high levels of customer service and responsiveness
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) essential
- Diploma or Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business advantageous
- Minimum 3 years sales experience (FMCG preferred)
- Experience in call centre telesales or customer service with sales exposure will be considered (Inbound role)
- Valid drivers licence
