As a Centre Coordinator within Member Services youre the first point of connection for our membersand the one who sets the tone for their entire experience. You bring energy organization and a genuine passion for helping people ensuring every interaction is welcoming efficient and meaningful.
In this fast-paced people-focused role youll balance front-line member support with administrative coordination. From managing appointment flow to connecting members with the right experts you play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience.

How Youll Make an Impact

What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma
- 23 years of retail administrative or customer service experience
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong multitasking skills
