Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators for digging trenching loading and material movement
- Perform pre-operational checks and basic maintenance of equipment
- Read and understand site plans drawings and instructions
- Ensure safe operation of machinery in compliance with site safety guidelines
- Coordinate with site supervisors engineers and ground workers
- Monitor machine performance and report any faults or repairs needed
- Maintain daily logs of work completed and machine usage
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage or safety hazards
