Machine Operation & Setup: Safely start monitor and shut down blow molding equipment (e.g. Extrusion or Injection Blow Molding).
Parameter Control: Adjust machine settings—such as heating temperatures air pressure and cycle times—to ensure parison/preform quality.
Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect finished products for wall thickness weight consistency and structural defects.
Material Management: Load plastic resins and colorants into hoppers and safely regrind surplus material or rejected workpieces for reuse.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform mold changes clear machine jams and execute basic preventative maintenance (lubricating cleaning).
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment and strictly adhere to workplace safety and environmental regulations.
