Position : Tool Room Operator (Store/Band Saw Operator)
Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Relevant Field
Salary : 35000 - 40000
Location : Cochin
Requirements :
• 2-5 years of experience in Tool Room operations or precision manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of CNC Milling EDM Wire EDM Surface Grinding and Tool Room processes..
• Experience in material handling inventory/store management and machine operations.
Key Responsibilities :
• Operate band saw machines for cutting raw materials as per specifications.
• Manage tool room inventory material receipt storage and issuance.
• Support tool makers and machinists with tooling and material requirements.
• Maintain stock records and ensure availability of tool room materials.
• Follow quality safety and housekeeping standards within the tool room.
• Assist in tool maintenance and coordinate with production and engineering teams
