Job Summary
- Operate and monitor Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems in real time.
- Conduct continuous process monitoring to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implement production control measures to meet operational targets and maintain process stability.
- Manage shift operations with a focus on safety efficiency and adherence to procedures.
- Identify diagnose and resolve process anomalies and system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Document operational activities incidents and corrective actions accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
1 3 Years
- 13 years of hands-on experience in DCS or SCADA operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process control systems instrumentation and automation technologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues under pressure.
- Proficient in using SCADA and DCS interfaces for real-time monitoring and control.
- Excellent attention to detail problem-solving skills and commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in shift-based environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
1-Experience-5-8 years in finance and accounts 2-C.A -in first attempt is mandatory 3-Strong expertise in consolidationMIS and accounting 4-Experience in handling auditsbudgeting and compliance 5-Ability to work with and manage key stakeholders effectively
