Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Systems Specialist responsible for managing loan servicing operations ensuring data accuracy and supporting system administration activities. The role involves handling servicing transactions reporting system support and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Administration
Provide Tier 1 support for loan servicing platforms (MSP GoAnywhere Clarifire etc.)
Manage user access password resets and permissions
Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex cases
Monitor system performance and data synchronization
Assist in system audits and compliance checks
Identify opportunities for process automation
Reporting & Data Management
Generate and review daily weekly and monthly reports
Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity across systems
Perform servicing system validation routines
Review servicing activities for accuracy and compliance
Loan Servicing Operations
Manage loan boarding from production to servicing systems
Conduct QC checks and verify principal balances
Handle servicing transactions (transfer letters payment updates etc.)
Resolve loan boarding errors and system rejects
Collaborate on data mapping and system integrations
Skills & Requirements
Must Have:
Graduate (mandatory)
3 years in mortgage servicing / loan operations / financial data processing
2 years in systems administration
Strong knowledge of loan servicing workflows
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables formulas data handling)
Understanding of logical operators (IF AND ELSE etc.)
Good to Have:
Experience with:
Black Knight MSP
Ellie Mae Encompass
FICS Mortgage Servicer
VBA scripting
Basic knowledge of SQL / XML
Experience in automation & process optimization
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills (technical → non-technical)
