Job Summary

A growing service-based company is seeking a senior Head of Operations to oversee and drive performance across multiple departments and field teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic oversight with on-the-ground execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing multi-layered operational teams across departments
Overseeing field operations to ensure efficiency and accountability
Driving process improvements and operational scalability
Supporting department managers and leadership teams
Maintaining strong visibility across active operations
Ensuring high performance structure and team coordination

Additional Info:

Approximately 20% field-based majority office-based
Requires flexibility beyond standard 96 hours
