Position Title: Finance Manager/ Assistant Manager

Working Location: Muar Johor

Job Summary:

This role ensures accurate financial management tax compliance and effective project financial control for a property developer in Malaysia including progressive billing SST treatment and development cost monitoring.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Accounting Finance or related field. Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA CPA or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in property development accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of progressive billing SST RPGT and Malaysian tax regulations.
Excellent financial analysis planning and project cost control skills.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP SQL or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
