Overview

Established construction trade company is seeking a high-energy Director of Operations / COO to take full ownership of the business and oversee multiple commercial projects from sales through project completion.

This role will run day-to-day operations across all core functions ensuring alignment efficiency and strong execution across the entire workflow including sales estimating/takeoffs project management finance and installation.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with an ownership mindset who can step in take control and drive the business forward. Prior construction experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations from sales through project completion
Manage and align sales estimating project management finance and installation
Oversee estimating and takeoffs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Supervise project managers and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Oversee project-level financial performance and profitability
Ensure smooth coordination across all departments
Implement structure systems and accountability across the business
Drive overall performance and operational improvements

Proven experience in an operations leadership role
Strong ability to manage multiple teams and workflows
Hands-on in-office leadership style
