Were looking for a Business Readiness Specialist to support a major loan origination project across MyState Limited. Youll be handson working alongside lending project and change leads to help teams adopt new systems and ways of working.

Following the recent merger of MyState Bank and Auswide Bank and alongside TPT Wealth and SelfCo were on an exciting transformation journey. Were a challenger bank with lean teams big plans over the next two years and a strong focus on practical delivery so we value people who take ownership and move at pace.

What youll be involved in

• Supporting a loan origination transformation end to end
• Working with stakeholders to understand impacts and business readiness
• Pulling together clear practical communications and training
• Keeping actions moving so nothing stalls
• Jumping in where needed to support daytoday readiness activities

Youll be trusted to manage your workload no micromanagement.
