Profile Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Lead Mobility Engineer iOS with 12 years of software engineering experience and deep expertise in enterprisegrade iOS application development. This role requires a strong handson technologist who can own mobile architecture drive technical strategy mentor teams and deliver highly scalable secure and highperformance iOS solutions. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the organizations mobile roadmap and engineering best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Own and define iOS mobile architecture for enterprise and consumerscale applications
• Establish and enforce mobile engineering standards coding guidelines and design patterns
• Evaluate and recommend new tools frameworks and technologies aligned with Apples ecosystem
• Show ease in using AI tools and Agents wherever possible

Development & Delivery

• Design develop and maintain complex largescale iOS applications using Swift SwiftUI and UIKit
• Lead endtoend delivery including design implementation testing release and postproduction support
• Ensure high levels of performance reliability maintainability and security
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs GraphQL thirdparty SDKs and system services
• Guide teams through App Store submission review compliance and release management
  
  

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a technical advisor to Product Owners UX/UI designers and senior leadership
• Collaborate with backend cloud DevOps and QA teams for seamless system integration
• Lead code reviews architecture reviews and technical design discussions
• Mentor senior and junior engineers; build strong mobile engineering talent pipelines

Quality Security & DevOps

• Ensure adherence to mobile security best practices (data encryption secure storage OAuth Keychain)
• Drive test strategy including unit integration UI and automation testing
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines for iOS using tools like Fastlane GitHub Actions Azure DevOps or Jenkins
• Monitor production applications and lead rootcause analysis for critical issues

Preferred Qualifications. (Core Technical Expertise )

• Expert proficiency in Swift and iOS frameworks (UIKit SwiftUI Combine)
• Extensive knowledge of iOS internals: app lifecycle memory management threading (GCD async/await)
• Strong experience with modularization reusable components and SDK development
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs JSON networking and caching strategies
• Strong expertise in Xcode Instruments performance tuning and debugging
• Solid experience with Git branching strategies and enterprise version control practices.

Education and/or Experience

• 12 years of overall software engineering experience
• 8 years of handson iOS development experience
• Proven track record of leading and delivering enterprise or consumerscale iOS applications
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe / Scrum environments
