Job Description:

Lead end-to-end legal due diligence for land acquisition transactions.
Independently conduct title due diligence and property investigations without outsourcing to external law firms.
Examine title documents revenue records property cards mutation entries and related approvals.
Identify legal risks encumbrances and title defects and provide practical solutions.
Draft review and negotiate land acquisition agreements and transaction documents.
Liaise with government authorities consultants and internal stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
Support the business team in evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities from a legal perspective
