What Youll Own
- Build Deep Relationships: Be the trusted partner for key clients understanding their business inside-out.
- Grow What Matters: Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand account value and hit portfolio targets.
- Own Client Success: Conduct regular business reviews ensuring clients get maximum value from Razorpay.
- Be the Bridge: Collaborate with internal teams (product ops support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Solve & Scale: Proactively address concerns resolve escalations and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Track & Optimize: Monitor performance against SLAs maintain CRM hygiene and use data to drive decisions.
- Listen & Improve: Run feedback loops surveys and reviews to continuously elevate the client experience.
What Makes You a Fit
- 3 years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to grow accounts and meet revenue/portfolio targets
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working with data CRM tools and performance metrics
- High energy proactive and driven to go beyond the obvious
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience in fintech SaaS or payments ecosystem
- Understand merchant lifecycle retention strategies and expansion playbooks
- Can balance empathy with business outcomes
