We are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Associate (Contract) to support engineering operations and ensure the reliability safety and optimal performance of hotel facilities and equipment.

Job Summary

• Responsible for the operation maintenance and repair of hotel electrical and mechanical systems
• Carry out general maintenance work including carpentry and painting
• Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Support planned maintenance activities and engineering operations
• Work with engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve performance
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a relevant certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a diligent and responsible attitude

• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays if required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Due to local immigration policies only Malaysian will be considered
