Job Title: Business Analyst and Scientific Digital Partner

• Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times
• Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
• Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

Core Purpose of the Role :

We are looking for a specialist who bridges business needs and data sciences translating the needs to digital workflows and working with the digital team to ensure effective implementation.

Role Accountabilities:

• Business Problem & UseCase Identification:
• Support scientific and business stakeholders in understanding research and operational challenges and assist in identifying use cases where analytics AI or digital solutions can deliver measurable value.
• Alignment with Digital & AI Strategy:
• Support alignment of identified use cases with the Digital & AI COE strategy and broader organizational objectives by helping define clear goals success metrics and outcomes.
• Requirements Translation (Business Data Model):
• Assist in converting business and scientific requirements into structured data analytics and model requirements by working closely with scientists data scientists and engineers.
• AI & Digital Workflow Support:
• Support the design and implementation of AIenabled and digital workflows that enhance scientific decisionmaking and research processes.
• Value Delivery & Outcome Tracking Support:
• Assist in defining success metrics and tracking outcomes postimplementation to ensure AI and analytics solutions deliver intended scientific and business value.
• Governance & Process Adherence:
• Support adherence to defined Digital & AI COE governance documentation standards and delivery processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Work closely with crossfunctional and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate activities clarify requirements follow up on action items and ensure smooth communication between business science and digital teams.
• Change Management & Adoption Support:
• Support change management activities by helping communicate solution value supporting training sessions demos and user onboarding to drive adoption.
• Documentation & Communication Support:
• Prepare and maintain clear documentation such as usecase definitions requirement documents workflow diagrams and solution summaries. Translate complex analytics and AI concepts into clear businessfriendly narratives.
• CrossFunctional Execution Support:
• Help identify crossfunctional dependencies within AI and analytics initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain execution momentum and timely delivery.
• Continuous Improvement Support:
• Contribute ideas and insights to improve digital workflows analytics approaches and delivery practices supporting continuous improvement within the Digital & AI COE.
• Innovation & COE Contribution:
• Actively support COE initiatives by participating in ideation workshops innovation discussions and development of reusable frameworks or accelerators.
• Overall Delivery Accountability (Under Guidance):
• Support senior digital analytics or science leads in ensuring AI and digital initiatives are delivered successfully meet business and scientific needs and achieve high stakeholder satisfaction

Education and Experience:

• BTech/MS/MTech in Life Sciences or related discipline and experience in discovery R&D and science analytics

Skills & Capabilities:

• Proficiency in data analytics forecasting tools and dashboards (Power BI Tableau).
• Strong problem-solving stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in process mapping and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
• Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP Six Sigma or PMP are an added advantage.
