About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounting professional to manage our Fixed Assets (FA) and General Ledger (GL) processes. You will handle everything from creating new projects and tracking company assets to managing capitalizations and asset disposals. If you have hands-on experience with SAP and love data analytics we want to talk to you!
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
We are looking for an experienced Accounting professional to manage our Fixed Assets (FA) and General Ledger (GL) processes. You will handle everything from creating new projects and tracking company assets to managing capitalizations and asset disposals. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Manage Fixed Assets: Oversee the entire asset lifecycle including project creations asset maintenance capitalizations and disposals.
- ERP & Data Management: Use SAP GL and SAP FA daily to process financial data and maintain accurate records.
- Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics tools to analyze financial information and improve reporting efficiency.
- Month-End Close: Support and manage the full Fixed Assets month-end closing process for our multi-national operations.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated accounting experience focused on Fixed Assets.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SAP (GL and FA modules) and modern data analytics tools.
- Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of capitalization rules asset disposal procedures and general accounting principles.
- Experience working in R2R (Record to Report) processes.
- Background or experience in financial audits.
- Exposure to managing month-end closing processes for global or multi-national companies.
