GREAT PAY

The pay for this position is $20.20 - $26.50 per hour based on experience and education. Additionally you may be eligible for up to $31.98 per hour with shift differentials.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will work Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm when on call or Tuesday to Saturday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm when not on call.

In this position you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily residential and program activities. This includes overseeing staff and ensuring the maintenance of facilities. Your role will involve assessing teaching and supporting individuals in daily living skills. In addition you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating opportunities for community integration in leisure and vocational areas. REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience working as a team leader caring for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid drivers license for more than one year and be willing to drive the companys vehicle
• Willingness to participate in a minimum of two hours per month of in-service training
