WHAT TO EXPECT

This cleaning position works Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Some flexibility is needed for an occasional evening or weekend shift.

As an entry-level Floor Technician you safely use a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals to make our facilitys floors shine! Completing general and heavy cleaning tasks you thoroughly sanitize every inch to help maintain a clean and hygienic environment for our residents and staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to safely operate a variety of floor cleaning equipment and machinery
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending squatting lifting heavy equipment and carrying up to 30 pounds
• Valid drivers license a clean driving record and a reliable personal vehicle
• English communication skills and ability to coordinate with other departments
• Ability to work independently

1 years of relevant experience would be preferred but isnt required for this entry-level role. A high school degree or equivalent would also be preferred.
