THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A DEVELOPMENTAL SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position requiring consistent coverage during program hours with flexibility based on operational needs.

In this role youll lead Day Habilitation Aides and support habilitative goals ensuring individuals experience respect and safety. Youll provide skilled teaching evaluate progress and collaborate with teams and families all while maintaining accurate documentation. Your work will focus on community integration compliance and human rights advocacy shaping independence and meaningful outcomes.

OUR IDEAL DEVELOPMENTAL SPECIALIST

Were looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree is preferred)
• 3 years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals in a Habilitative/vocational setting
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work collaboratively as an active member of multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to be flexible open and responsive to ongoing industry changes
• Ability to carry /lift supplies as needed
• Physical ability to support community gym and pool activities
