Job Summary
Schedule Details:Our standard operating hours are 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday in which we treat patients but they can extend based on hours and staffing needs. Travel to Oconomowoc and Mukwonago cancer centers as needed will take weekend call rotations roughly 1x per month.

What Youll Do
- Deliver accurate high-dose radiation treatments under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist
- Assist in tumor localization simulation and treatment planning
- Serve as a key communicator between patients providers and the care team
- Ensure precise setup using immobilization devices and positioning techniques
- Monitor patient response provide education and support throughout treatment
- Document treatments simulations and patient care thoroughly and accurately
- Support daily workflow scheduling and overall department efficiency
- Mentor and support team members; contribute to a collaborative team environment
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Radiation Therapy or related field required
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (RTT) required
- Minimum requirement of 5 years working as a radiation therapist
- Strong knowledge of radiation therapy equipment treatment planning and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to quality precision and continuous learning
