WhatWereLooking For

• 3 years of management experience (retail spa fitness or hospitality preferred)

• Sales-driven and KPI-focused witha track recordof achieving goals

• Strong coaching and team development skills

• Experience managing scheduling payroll and inventory

• Strong communicator who leads with positivity and resolves conflict effectively

• Thrives in a fast-paced service-focused environment

• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays

• $50000 base salary
