Central Learning Mgr INFC, INFC Learning and Development
Job Summary
Our team of regional managers and trainers ensures consistent training and development across INFC Core and 3P as well as heavy and bulky network. We collaborate with multiple partner teams to drive programs focused on hiring training and development initiatives
Key job responsibilities
-Ensure updated and engaging content availability across all 3 networks
-Drive programs to improve manager capability including strengthening existing learn-by-doing
-Lead initiatives to improve associate coaching across the network
-Establish and maintain data pipelines for projects reporting
-Develop capabilities for DEI and PWD cohorts
- 2 years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Experience in e-commerce
- 1 years of performance metrics process improvement or lean techniques experience
