Job Summary

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors
  • Prepare and execute strategic BD plans aligned with company goals
  • Track upcoming tenders (RFPs EOIs RFQs) through portals like GeM eProcurement World Bank ADB etc.
  • Develop sector-specific growth strategies (roads railways urban infra water)
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (government bodies PSUs private developers)
  • Engage with clients for pre-bid meetings and presentations
  • Develop long-term partnerships and alliances
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Identify emerging opportunities in infrastructure sectors
  • Represent the organization at industry events conferences and seminars

Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / related field with more than 15 Years of experience.
