What youll Build
In this role within Global People & Culture (P&C) Service Delivery organization you will drivecomplex enterprise-wide initiatives with a strong focus on impact outcomes and meaningful work.
You will lead strategic HR programs across team translating business needs and people strategies into scalable efficient and future-ready Business AI enabled solutions that directly support SAPs priorities.
You will be responsible for delivering and steering cross-functional HR projects and programs end to end driving Business AI agenda and applying strong project and program management expertise to ensure alignment transparency and measurable results.
A key focus of the role is owning and advancing the Business AI agenda within P&C Service Delivery identifying and driving opportunities to automate optimize and transform HR services through intelligent technologies and fostering successful collaboration with all partners/stakeholders.
As a trusted expert you will partner with senior stakeholders Centers of Expertise IT and business leaders to advise on complex HR topics lead change initiatives and continuously enhance the employee experience.
By solving complex people process and delivery challenges at scale you will strengthen global P&C capabilities increase efficiency and service quality and help shape the future of HR at SAP.
What you bring:
7-10 years min. experience with background in business consulting and HR organizations ideally on HR and IT project within a global complex organization with the credibility to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
Proven expertise in project and program management including leading large cross-functional initiatives and managing scope risks dependencies and outcomes.
Experience in driving digital transformation Business AI automation or technology-enabled improvement initiatives in HR or related functions.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills combined with a pragmatic hands-on delivery mindset.
Excellent communication facilitation and change management skills with a collaborative approach and comfort working across cultures and geographies
