Join our People Partnering & Culture team and play a key role in driving strategic priorities across LEGO this role you will connect long-term business objectives with workforce planning and operational execution ensuring we have the right capabilities capacity and initiatives in place to support future growth.
Working closely with leaders across Operations Finance People Partnering and global functions you will lead critical projects drive strategic initiatives and own labor capacity planning processes that enable our factories and production teams to succeed.
This position is placed in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.
Play your part in our team succeeding
In this role you will help translate strategy into action across LEGO Production. You will drive key strategic initiatives lead cross-functional projects and own workforce capacity planning processes that support both operational performance and long-term business goals.
Moreover you will:
- Lead and execute strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the People Partnering & Culture organization (PPC).
- Drive the annual Strategy Deployment process ensuring alignment between business priorities and PPC objectives.
- Own end-to-end labor capacity planning processes including internal and external workforce requirements.
- Act as the PPC representative in the S&OP process ensuring workforce capacity considerations are reflected in business planning.
- Partner with Operations Finance Rewards People Partners and other stakeholders to develop and execute workforce management strategies.
- Lead or contribute to critical global initiatives across areas such as workplace experience health & safety disability inclusion and organizational effectiveness.
- Build strong partnerships with our Shared Service Center to support transitions process improvements and strategic projects.
Do you have what it takes
- Proven experience in HR Manufacturing Finance Operations Project Management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving change in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases and working with workforce capacity labor cost ROI or similar business metrics.
- Experience working with S&OP or comparable planning processes and translating business demand into workforce capacity plans.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of Czech labor legislation and its application in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English and Czech
What would be an advantage:
- Experience leading regional or global projects.
- Experience supporting transitions into Shared Service Centers.
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP Agile Lean Six Sigma).
