Core Responsibilities
Serve as a process guardian when incorporating new business or legal requisites ensuring the establishment of efficient global processesand implementation of new tools and systems.
Collaborate with IT and business users to address change requests effectively
Engage in exciting projects associated with HR processes acrossseveralHR coreareas with aspecificfocus onemployment documentprocesses.
Close collaboration with ourEmployee Master Data as well as Employee Relations on both global and regional topics
Drive innovation and development for streamlining and automating processes wheneverfeasible

Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as processexpertiseand interaction on finance controlling as well as business & tax processes process documentation training and project portfolio.
Our mission is to develop andmaintainefficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will bepart of adistributed team of more than 70 dedicated colleagues.
Do youhavewhat it takes
Proficient in process work ideally within a global company setting
3years experienceof specialist knowledge in Core HRemployment documentation coupled withproficiencyin relevant technology
Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and HR Technology vendors particularly Workday
A keen attention to detail coupled with a mindset geared towards legal and compliant process design
Familiarity with agile ways of working
