PositionOverview:
This position coordinates theday-to-dayaspects of compliance for our Residential Compliance Coordinator requiresa high levelof detail andabilityto gather analyze and provideaccurateand completeinformation in an organized manner on a variety of product focuses on monitoring and enforcing Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)maintainingauthorized customer records supporting strategic-account contract and portal administration and ensuring customer documentation and processes meet company customer and regulatory requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Applythe MAP MinimumAdvertisedPricingpolicy for Shaws Residential brands bydailymonitoringof the marketplace and applying the set policyfor each brandbyutilizinga pricemonitoring software.
Assistwith building andmaintainingthe authorized customer database whileidentifyingnon-authorized users ofShaw brands and trademarksin our Prowl system
Create andmaintaininternal service level agreementsensuring that these are reviewed and updated quarterlyby CX Leadership andaligned with our ResidentialStrategy.
Serve as theStrategic AccountsRecords Management Coordinator toassistthe Records Management Administratorin creatingandmaintainingarecordsmanagement system.
Defining and communicating management controls to properlyretainrecords for strategicaccountsbusiness and compliance requirements while providing consistent and systematic destruction of those records once retention periods have expired.
Analyzing Contractual agreements forallStrategic Accountswithin our ONIT system.
Serve as an administratorofstrategic accountcustomer portals to ensure compliance with customer would includeassistingthe team with customer portal issues researching missingdatacompleting customerdocumentsanduploadingassetsinto their portals.
Assistwith ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements relating to legal agreements claims management order fulfillment processes customer product packaging requirements product specificationdataand digital assets and EDI / B2B transaction processing.
Review all strategicaccount customerdocuments to ensure theyare in compliance withregulations and order requirements.
Assistwith defining and communicatingmanagement controls to properlyretainrecords forstrategicaccountsbusiness and compliance requirements while providing consistent and systematic destruction of those records once retention periods have expired.
Provide a method toidentifyrecords beingretainedand allow for more efficient access to those records.
Protect confidential privileged and vital records
Document and create procedures for Strategic accountsas needed.
Requirements:
High School/GED
Proficient andexperiencedinMicrosoftOfficePackagerequired(WordExcelandPowerPoint).
Business acumen (internal and industry) to understand how togather and present needed data
Ability to work within Shaw systems (Shaw Online Live Widenetc.)
Must communicate well both verbally and in writing.

Bachelors degree
This is a fully Remote position but must work on Eastern Standard Time.
