Job Summary
To lead and manage the building assessment function within the insurance claims division ensuring accurate efficient and compliant evaluation of property-related claims. This role is pivotal in maintaining technical excellence driving operational efficiency and upholding customer satisfaction across all building-related claims in line with the Standard Insurance Limited and Claims strategy.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce/LLB and MUST be FAIS Compliant
Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years in Leadership Role
Minimum of 5 years as a Building Assessor
Minimum of 10 years experience in the Short-Term Insurance industry
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge SIL Policy wording interpretation
Knowledge of Underwriting requirements
Sound knowledge of the following acts:
Consumer protection act
Short-Term Insurance Act.
