Overcome Wellness and Recovery is looking for a part timeAdministrative Assistantto join their team! TheAdministrative Assistantis primarily responsible for handling reception duties and for providing clerical support to all program staff. This is a part time position with hours between 20-25 per week Monday-Friday.
Some of the Job Responsibilities of theAdministrative Assistantinclude:
Greeting clients guests and employees in a pleasant manner.
Answering the telephone in a pleasant manner and transferring calls as necessary ensuring that confidentiality rules are followed when answering the telephone.
Ensures the reception area is clean and professional looking
Completes copying and other related tasks for program staff.
Enters Supervised Drug Screenings and scans other documents into EMR as needed.
Maintains daily attendance and ensures all clients sign in to the program and completes weekly attendance reports for the billing department.
Provides back up coverage to other administrative and support staff as assigned.
Prepares and edits a variety of documents correspondence & client communication presentations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required Bachelors degree preferred
1-3 years minimum experience in an administrative support and/or client/customer service role required.
Strong communication skills needed including writing proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while focusing on day to day tasks.
Knowledge of billing codes and procedure helpful.
