  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Assist attorneys by preparing organizing and maintaining legal documents and correspondence.
  • Schedule and manage appointments meetings and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Maintain and update client records ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
  • Facilitate communication between team members fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure resources are readily available when needed.
  • Experience in providing administrative support in a legal setting ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience with legal platforms such as SUMAC PACER ect.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules meetings and travel arrangements seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software.
  • Attention to detail in preparing organizing and maintaining legal documents and correspondence accurately.
