At 360 Headhunter we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients team and take charge of all aspects related to human resources. This is an IN OFFICE daily position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes including sourcing interviewing and hiring qualified candidates
• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data management
• Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of HR functions regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
• Food industry manufacturing food manufacturing or similar industry experience is preferred

Compensation:

• Full benefits including insurance paid time off retirement and more

• Salary commensurate with experience but likely in the $100000 to $115000 range
