Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- In charge of Diamond Wire Factory output yield quality and safety by leveraging the cross functional supports from Engineering Utilities HR IT Finance and Procurements
- Managing budget controlling cost and ensuring financial targets are met
- Oversee day-to-day operations including production planning scheduling and resource allocation.
- Lead maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability uptime and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage a team of operationsprofessionals providing guidance training and performance management.
- Collaborate with quality assurance engineering and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) preparing reports and insights for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes reduce costs and maximize output.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations in all operationalactivities.
Required Technical Experience: Operations Experience on electrolytic plating manufacturing
