Job Summary

Lead Software Engineer
Tier 2

Having 6 years of experience Lead Software Engineer to design develop and maintain NLP and text analytics pipelines integrated with AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python-based ETL and Airflow workflows natural language processing (NLP) and emerging Agentic AI / AI-powered analytics.

You will collaborate with data engineers AI specialists and product teams to build scalable intelligent and automated data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement NLP pipelines for text processing sentiment analysis entity recognition and other text analytics tasks.
Optimize NLP models and workflows for performance and scalability.
Integrate NLP capabilities into larger AI-powered applications.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Python and Airflow.
Ensure data quality reliability and performance across large-scale data systems.
Collaborate on data infrastructure and pipeline optimizations.
Implement and operationalize Agentic AI / AI-powered analytics into enterprise workflows.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy models in production environments.
Enable automated insights intelligent decision-making and workflow optimization.

Strong expertise in NLP / natural language processing / text analytics
Python programming and Airflow for ETL and data pipeline development
Experience with Agentic AI / AI-powered analytics & automation
Hands-on experience designing scalable reliable and maintainable data workflows
Strong problem-solving analytical and debugging skills
