Position Summary
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Own and manage full P&L for a large minerals division; lead monthend close forecasting and variance analysis.
- Identify and communicate key drivers of financial performance risks and opportunities.
- Lead development of the longterm strategic plan and annual operating budget.
- Deliver profitability analysis across customers products markets and sales channels to support commercial strategy.
- Provide financial leadership on key initiatives including working capital cash flow optimization freight and productivity.
- Enhance executivelevel management reporting and Boardready financial communications.
- Partner crossfunctionally with Accounting Plant Operations Commercial and Product Management leaders.
- Support enterprise systems initiatives including EPM integration and analytics enhancements.
- Contribute to M&A evaluation due diligence and postintegration activities as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes reporting and analytical rigor.
Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
- 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A finance leadership consulting audit or similar highcaliber environments.
- Demonstrated success owning P&L forecasting and strategic financial planning.
- Advanced Excel skills; strong experience with Power BI and Oracle analytics preferred.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear executivelevel insights.
- Strong business acumen analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Comfortable managing large datasets multiple priorities and ambiguity with minimal supervision.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Ability to travel domestically as needed.

In addition to base compensation individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
