Schedule: 4 Day Work Week - Mon - Thur 2:00pm to 12:00am

Compensation: $105000 - $150000 Total Annual Earning Potential

The Mission: Lead & Build

This role is for the Diesel Mechanic Leader who wants to transition from turning wrenches to building people.

• Mentor Apprentices: You will be the architect of our future talent coaching apprentices and seeing them level up under your guidance.
• Quality Control: Conduct road tests and spot checks to ensure ATG Quality is delivered every time eliminating comebacks.
• Technical Expert: Utilize our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to provide the technical expertise and complex troubleshooting required to finalize our most challenging repairs.
