ICP Group is seeking a 2nd ShiftGas House Processor for our Lynchburg VA plant. The primary responsibilityof theProcessor Gas Housein position comes with an expectation of being able towork at a fast pace andbeable to meet the dailyschedule.
Monday Thursday; 3:30pm 2:00am (2nd shift; shift ends Friday morning at 2am) $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict adherence to all plant safety requirements including wearing proper PPE
- Must have good attendance
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability torepetitivelylift upto 50 lbs. and perform other necessary physical requirements in performance of regular job duties
- Ability to work in chemical manufacturing environment involving solvents and other hazardous materials
- Must be able toworkin a non-temperatureregulatedenvironment
- Must be self-motivated organizedanddetail oriented
- Must be able to follow specificinstructions(work instructions procedures etc.) both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Previouswarehouse or manufacturing experience a plus
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Help with cycle countswhen needed
- Train others when needed
- Maintains cleanliness of work area
- Grease adjust or clean specific parts of the production line to keep equipment inoptimalcondition; use various hand tools
- May need to fill canister manual if equipmenthas a glitch; turn PLC off open valve(s) manually to fill canister to appropriate weight
- Push filled canister back onto conveyor
- Monitor canister weight to ensureaccurateproduct filling
- Slidethe empty canister from the conveyorto the scale attach the hoses to the canister and press the button toinitiatethe filling process
- Review work orderinformation; key in formula number per work order
- Operate equipment andmonitorquality
- Perform start up and shut down of equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures company policies and safety regulations
