Responsible for facilitating transactions producing assemblingand delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
Includes activities such as processing transactions managing processes material managementsite operations or warehouse logistics & shipping sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Owns/influences budgets and operating plans. The role is guided by operating policy. Works with cross functional teams. The role has autonomy within the operational area or a segment within a larger business unit. The role may have a major impact on a small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to achieve outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy Lead and assist in daily operations; Develop coordinate lead and execute daily production plans and coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition Develop and implement process controls Support operations leader in the strategic planning of manpower equipment and other resources
• Developing expertise in own function. May include roles that are experts in their discipline providing professional or thought leadership . Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility linking with other parts of the organization.
• Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
• Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Employs sophisticated operational/product management manufacturing or engineering techniques. Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements risk and/or complexity. Presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners vendors or customers.
• Lead the Warranty COE for Aero Services Americas with responsibility wing to wing on the turnover from NU Projects Warranty period and turn-over to Services organization. Responsibility over warranty metrics including customer satisfaction budget closing time of warranty claims.
• This position will be a people leader role.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Operations / Commercial in the power generation industry.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate in English and Spanish

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $140300.00 and $233800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
